Thank you and goodbye!

A great big Thank you for taking the time to read my blog. It’s been such a pleasure to share with you this past year. What a year it was and now I want to say wishing you a Happy New Year! Those three little words seem so cliche, Happy New Year. I ‘m sure that you know life is about so much more than being happy or wishing someone else a happy life.

I began this blog 12 months ago. I can’t say 12 short months ago because 2022 has been interesting for all of us. In the beginning I introduced myself by saying I am not what I was and that is even more true now than it was then. Someone know would say that life is a teacher and I can say with confidence that I had quite a few lessons pass my desk in 2022, some new and some retakes. I don’t know that I passed them all with flying colors but I can say that I am stronger than I thought I was and so are you.

Our futures are unfolding before us. We are becoming and transformation is bound to happen if we don’t fight it. I just want to remind you that you are so special and have been specifically selected for the path that you are on or are about to enter. There are many new adventures awaiting us. Some will require our yes to enter in. It’s not always easy to say yes. Sometimes we struggle. I know I struggle a lot with things I don’t really want to do. Who am I to think that there would be no struggles in this life. If Jesus struggled and ultimately surrendered in the garden then I’ve got to know there will be times when I must tell Jesus yes and give Him my surrender.

The most important thing I am taking out of 2022 is that I am so blessed. I hope that you can say the same. I know that I am loved by God and He’s got some great things in store for me. So I want to leave you with these words as 2022 come to a close. May you find peace in all that 2022 brought your way and may you be blessed by everything that is waiting for you in 2023.

From my heart to yours,
